Ingredients:
- 1 Package Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 60 g Melted butter
- 80 g White Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180 C. Line a brownie pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, vanilla and butter until well combined.
- Add the whole package of Pancake & Waffle Mix and stir until well combined. Fold in the White Chocolate Chips.
- Transfer the dough to the lined pan and bake for 35-40 mins, until golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
