The cake did have a tiny bit of that sweet bitter aftertaste like thing going but it was not overwhelming. I actually enjoyed the cake and would buy it again.

My cake arrived as scheduled, in perfect condition, and was/is the best birthday cake I've ever had! The tartness of the raspberry filling perfectly balanced the sugary buttercream and every mouthful was simply divine! I'm still in ketosis and this is by far the best guilt free sweet indulgence! The cake freezes well and I'm down to the last two slices a week on (sigh!!). I had my cake and ate it and am definitely coming back for more!

I ordered the vanilla cake with caramel filling, for my 50th Birthday & was so excited to have a cake that was low carb/keto. It arrived on time, very well packaged & tasted lovely!
