The delicious keto banana bread loaf. Yes, we hear you say "But Banana isn't Keto!" yeah we know which is why we've named it a low-carb loaf for all you sticklers out there! It's also worth noting that we have actually used a little bit of green banana flour which you can learn more about here.
Boy do we miss bananas, they are the standard go-to for a pick-me-up after the gym and they taste the best in a loaf!
That's why we came up with the Banana Bites which takes us back to us in the kitchen with a cup of tea and a slice of banana cake. Yes, it's possible and yes it's low carb and most importantly YES IT'S DELICIOUS. Gluten and Grain Free.
This is a new No Guilt Bakes favourite and will not last long in your kitchen but that isn't because of our month-long shelf life... just because it's all the forms of yummy! We added in a little protein powder to our loaves to enhance the loaf structure and make sure while it still stays cakey in texture it still has the joy of a soft loaf-style cake.
Because it's low carb and low sugar we also classify this cake just like every other product we sell: diabetic friendly and deliberately designed not to spike blood sugars when enjoyed. It contains a smidge of green banana flour which is a resistant starch but not enough to ruin our low-carb counts!
