Delivery can be finicky sometimes, and because we use third-party couriers, we don’t have absolute control over when orders will arrive. Because of this, we recommend you select delivery a day earlier than when you need it, especially when they are celebration/birthday cakes. 

Our cakes have 1 - 3 weeks of ambient shelf-life and last even longer when refrigerated, so you could order much earlier than the celebration you need them for. 

Our cakes are small-batch made and hand-made, so please expect slight variances between the final product and images.

• How long will it take to process my order?
• It takes us 1 - 3 days to process orders.

• How long do the cakes last?
• About 1 - 3 weeks on the shelf (ambient shelf life) and much longer when refrigerated.

• How are variety packs shipped?
• They are shipped in letterbox-friendly packages.

• What do I do if I’m dissatisfied with a product or service or have feedback?

• How do I cancel my order?
• Once you inform us, we will process your refund minus our processing fee of 2.5% per transaction. Unfortunately, custom orders (like the celebration cakes) can't be cancelled.

• What do I do if I make a mistake on the order form?
• No Guilt Bakes will work with you and help you correct the issue, but No Guilt Bakes will not be held responsible for the error.

• What happens if there are problems?
• If the problem is from No Guilt Bakes, we will either re-deliver the product or give you a refund, depending on your preference. The product will have to be returned. Let us know within 24 hours of order receipt. Pictures will help us understand what happened. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Please be available to receive the item on the mentioned delivery date. Most NGBs products are perishable and must be stored safely or refrigerated. 

Our cakes don’t have artificial ingredients in them. Because of this, they are perishable and will go bad after a few days. We advise keeping the 7-day ambient shelf-life (depends on the product) in mind and refrigerating as soon as possible for utmost freshness.

When an order is placed, please be available to accept delivery of the product on the stated delivery date. Most of our products are perishable and must be stored safely or refrigerated. Please make sure to double-check your address and be sure to be able to around to receive your order (our tracked courier third-party service could help with this).

 * Please Note: Royal Mail Next Day delivery is not infallible. However, out of all the orders we have done this year, we have only had 3 cases where the cakes were not delivered on time.
