Whether it's eggs benedict, keto hot chocolate or waffles, breakfast will always have a special place in the No Guilt Bakers heart. It's an all-day affair and often times its the automatic go-to when we have had the longest of days and we just want to eat something quick, easy and delicious.
One might wonder why it's taken us this long to reveal this deliciousness. It's because it wasn't perfect and perfect is exactly what we wanted to give you. So now you have our version of the perfect keto pancake mix.
It also doesn't take an hour to make your pancakes as we've measured everything for you. With 3 weeks' worth of pancakes enjoy as much as you want! The Pancake Mix has a shelf life of between 3 to 4 weeks as well.
We have also used this mix to make wraps, pizza waffles, chicken and waffles. It's really up to you if you want it savoury or sweet!
All you require is almond milk/water and eggs/flaxseed eggs. and syrup/sweetener, we haven't overly sweetened it as people's tastes vary. Here is a guide to making our keto pancakes.
And if you love pancakes.. and you love chocolate then you really should buy our Chocolate Chips (White or Milk) as they are low carb and like all our products contain no added sugars!

I've tried a few of these waffle/pancake mixes over the past couple of years, and this is the bes by far! I have a mini waffle-maker and the suggested guidance for a portion makes 2 lovely crispy waffles, which were lovely with sugar free maple syrup and butter! I've made these twice already, and there is still quite a lot in the pack!

I purchased a vanilla Keto Birthday cake for my son's seventh birthday, as he can't have sugar, and could not be more pleased with it. The cake was absolutely delicious, loved by the birthday boy and all his guests (some parents in attendance asked for a second slice!), and it looked gorgeous. My cake arrived as scheduled, in perfect condition, and was/is the best birthday cake I've ever had! The tartness of the raspberry filling perfectly balanced the sugary buttercream and every mouthful was simply divine! I'm still in ketosis and this is by far the best guilt free sweet indulgence! The cake freezes well and I'm down to the last two slices a week on (sigh!!). I had my cake and ate it and am definitely coming back for more!
