Low Carb Pizza Base Mix | High in Protein | Thin Crust | New and Improved
*contains gluten*
High in Protein and Fibre
Another thing to add to the weekly meal prep! This tastes just like a regular thin-crust pizza in our opinion and we'd love to hear what you think. We even did a second edition to give it an improved prep process.
So it contains gluten to give it the same taste and feel of a regular pizza. We love it with an abundance of marinara ( we make our own but any low-sugar sauce will do) and mozzarella and mushrooms but it's a pizza base mix so you can make it with whatever your want!
It takes 15 minutes to mix and 40 minutes of proving time. With 2 -3 months ambient shelf for each mix, you have time to bake the bread at your convenience. Once baked can be stored in the fridge for 5 days or in the freezer for as long as you can resist (up to 2 weeks).
Each 300g Mix gives you 4 pizza bases that are 7 - 8 inch pizza bases depending on how flat you want your pizza base. Each 150g Mix gives you 2 pizza bases that are 7 to 8 inches in diameter.
1 Base = 75g of Mix

FAQ
Good quality pizza mix
Easy to make, great taste. A perfect treat without cheating 😍
My wife has been on a keto diet for some time and of course there are always somethings that she misses out on, one of those being pizza. The pizza mix supplied by NGB has been yet another success in backfilling those voids. To be honest, I am not on a keto diet but have avoided pizza for years mainly due to the bread content but of course I like the variation of pizza toppings, so this is now an alternative for me too.
