Dark Chocolate and Fruit Bread

Dark chocolates and fruits come together in this delectable treat. Perfect for those craving a wholesome yet indulgent treat, this bread combines the goodness of our keto-friendly multiseed Bread Mix with the luscious sweetness of dried figs, raisins, dates, and cherries. Enhanced with the flavour of cacao powder and the decadence of dark chocolates. Perfect for anyone following a keto lifestyle.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Low Carb Multiseed Bread Mix
  • 50 g  Sliced dried figs
  • 50 g raisins
  • 50 g sliced pitted dates
  • 50 g dried cherries
  • 35 g cacao powder
  • 80 g Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 250 ml lukewarm water

Instructions

  1. Pour the whole package of Low Carb Multiseed Bread Mix into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the dried fruits, cacao powder and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add the water and stir again for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pop into a bread tin and cover with a kitchen towel. Leave in a warm place for 45 minutes to allow the bread to rise.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes at 190 C.
  6. Allow the bread to cool and enjoy!
