Ingredients:
- 115 g almond flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 Tbsp powdered erythritol
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 80 g Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine almond and coconut flour.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate chips. Stir well until a dough is formed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls or eat with a spoon.
- Store in refrigerator.
